This morning we looked out our window and to our surprise we saw a new visitor: a juvenile male ring- necked pheasant. Notice the coloring and how similar it looks to the glazes we use on our pottery. It is amazing! Nature really does inspire us! Feeding and watching the birds is one of our favorite winter activities; we get about 20 different varieties.
This really was so cool. The pheasant continues to drop in periodically and munch some seeds.
