Shipping and Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

 
We don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

 
Returns and exchange details

Please open and inspect your piece(s) upon receipt, and report damages to us ASAP. We will replace any lost or damaged work. Please provide us with a digital photo of the broken pottery and packing material for insurance purposes within 3 days of the arrival of your pottery. All returns must be within 14 days of receipt. Please notify upon receipt, and send the piece back for a refund. Shipping will not be included in the refund. We request that you use the same packing materials so that the piece is received back in good condition. Refund will only be issued upon arrival of undamaged pottery. It is our intention that you really love your handmade piece.

We accept all debit & credit cards, Zelle and Venmo.  

 
Shipping

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. We use USPS Priority or FedEx Home Delivery, sometimes UPS Please allow 2-14 days for the arrival of your purchase depending on where it is being shipped in the United States. Each package is insured for the full amount.

If you want to send a gift, please type the recipients address as the shipping address as you check out. If you would like to include a brief message for card, type your message in "message seller" section.
